Green (Parsley) Turkey Meatballs

Needs to sit in fridge for 30 minutes
Green Turkey Meatballs - Make
Ingredients
- 500g turkey or chicken mince (thigh mince better if you can get it)
- 10g ( 1/2 cup) yield, bolted Paisley leaves and flowers, chopped
- 50g (1/2 cup) fine bread crumbs
- 40g (1/2 small) white onion yield
- zest of one lemon
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp table salt (6g)
- 1/4 tsp ground black peppter
- 1/2 tsp corriander seeds, ground
- 1 garlic clove
- a little flour (to dust later)
Steps
- mix garlic, parsley, onion , ground seeds, lemon in small food processor to a paste
- mix paste, crumbs, meat, egg, salt & pepper in a metal bowl
- roll. makes about 20 meatballs set aside for 30 minutes
Green Turkey Meatballs - Cook
Steps
- Roll meatballs in flour, set aside
- Warm pan to med/high (6)
- Add plenty of veg oil, keep some side
- Add meatballs to pan, cook for about 12-15 minutes, continuously rolling to they cook evenly
- serve with garlic sauce
