Ingredients

  • Bread, no crust
  • Layer 1
  • 1 dl liver pate
  • 1/2 dl whipping cream
  • Layer 2
  • 1 package of bacon
  • 1 dl mayo
  • Layer 3
  • 1/2 dl cream cheese
  • 3-4 slices roast beef
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Layer 4
  • 1/2 dl cream cheese
  • 1/4 cucumber, thin sliced the long way
  • 3-4 slices of smoked ham
  • Topping
  • 1dl cream cheese
  • 1 dl creme fraiche

Steps

  1. Cook the bacon crispy.
  2. Mix liver pate with the cream and spread it on the first layer of bread, then add a new layer of bread.
  3. Chop the bacon to small pieces and mix with mayo, spread it onto the bread and add a new layer of bread.
  4. Spread the cream cheese and put the roast beef on top with the parsley. Add a new layer of bread.
  5. Spread the cream cheese, add the cucumber and ham. Add a layer of bread.
  6. Whisk cream cheese and creme fraiche to a fluffy cream and cover the cake.
  7. Decorate.
