  • Corn
  • Creme fraiche
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • Hot sauce, such as Chulula hotsauce
  • Salt

Steps

  1. turn oven to 225C
  2. If the corn doesn’t have the husk wrap it in foil and bake for about 1 hour.
  3. Roll it in creme fraiche, cover with grated cheese and drizzle hot sauce over.
  4. Enjoy!
