Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Cucumber
  • Lime
  • Orange
  • Jicama (or substitue with Kholrabi)
  • Salt
  • Chile powder (optional)

Steps

  1. Dice into bit-sized pieces (2-3cm)
  2. pour citrus over diced fruit
  3. salt to taste (and add chile powder)
  4. let sit for 30 minutes or eat right away
